The Mother and Daughter Duo

  • Co-Founder

    Chelsea Lynne Murry is a K-12th grade educator with more than a decade of experience in teaching, coaching, and mentoring. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Southern University and A&M College, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Curriculum and Instruction from Louisiana State University.

    Chelsea specializes in Urban Education, Instructional Coaching, and Educational Leadership. Her research centers on the pivotal roles of Black women educators, sustainability in K-12 education, Culturally Relevant Pedagogy, and the empowerment of Black girls in K-12.

  • Co-Founder

    Michelle Wanda White has close to 20 years in K-12 education, where she is considered one of the most passionate, innovative, and dedicated advocates for learning.

    As a mother of three, she understands the importance of education firsthand. After spending thirty years and counting in the telecommunication industry, Michelle pursued her bachelor's and master's degrees from Southern University in New Orleans at 53 and 55, respectfully.

    At 69, she continues to inspire and empower others, proving that age is no barrier to making a difference. As Michelle continues to showcase her committment to education, she is an example that the pursuit of your dream can only be delayed, never denied.
